PROJECT OVERVIEW Overall, the Niobrara Crude Oil Pipeline and Tankage Project as planned is approximately 170 miles of new pipeline and main storage tank farms, including several sites for truck off-loading. This newly constructed pipeline will have the capacity to deliver crude oil from the supply hub near the proposed terminals. The project also includes new installed Storage Tanks. The facilities will be installed in a newly discovered prime oil region known to reach Wyoming and Colorado. New construction of pump stations, as well as construction of delivery facilities and mainline valves, will occur.
